The School of Modern Languages and Cultures at the University of Warwick invites applications for the post of Teaching Fellow in Hispanic Studies, from 1st October 2018.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, innovative colleague with a specialism in Latin American and/or Hispanophone Caribbean Studies to join our friendly department for the academic year 2018-19. You will be responsible for sole teaching up to three 15-credit undergraduate modules in Latin American and/or Hispanophone Caribbean Studies (including an existing module on Slavery), as well as contributing to Level 1 team teaching, and to the Spanish language programme. You will be part of the department?s team of personal tutors and will contribute to departmental administration as appropriate. This is an opportunity to gain a range of teaching and administrative experience within a supportive department, with undergraduates from a variety of backgrounds. You will have previous experience of teaching at higher education level and native or near-native fluency in both English and Spanish. You will be familiar with the UK undergraduate experience and prepared to support our lively and engaged body of undergraduate students both academically and as a personal tutor.
