The Department of Foreign Languages at Utica College invites applications for a full-time tenure track position in Spanish. Ph.D. in Spanish required. Native or near-native proficiency in Spanish and English required. Area of research specialization is open although candidates with expertise in Second Language Acquisition will be favored. We seek a candidate with evidence of college teaching experience in introductory, intermediate, and advanced level Spanish classes.

Education & Experience Qualifications
Ph.D. in Spanish. Prior teaching experience in introductory, intermediate, and advanced level Spanish classes at the college level.

In your cover letter, please address your experience teaching beginning, intermediate, and advanced college-level Spanish classes. Also, include a description of your area of research.
