We’re looking to recruit an outstanding Spanish Teacher to join our Manila school, a Nord Anglia Education school.

About you: You will be able to adapt quickly to our fast-paced international environment, you will possess a university degree, a recognised teaching qualification, and teaching experience. The role
You’ll help us create and maintain a positive learning environment for NAISM students.

You’ll explain why the subject being taught is relevant and valuable in a real-life context.

As a genuine team-player, you’ll work across our central, regional, and local teams to improve the quality of teaching and learning. Everything we do is connected to our vision to create a generation of resilient and creative global citizens who will change our world for the better. 

Your role will impact the organisation by being a critical team player in the expansion and development of NAISM.

Requisitos 

  • Degree in a relevant subject AND a relevant professional teaching qualification.
  • Extensive experience teaching in a secondary (and ideally international) school environment.
  • Proven track record of success in IGCSE/AS/A level examinations.
  • A positive, ‘can-do’ work ethic.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Word and PowerPoint for producing reports and presentations.
  • Good cross-cultural, interpersonal and communication skills to interact with diverse nationalities and cultures.
  • Excellent analytical skills – with the passion and drive to demonstrate and quantify success.
  • Results orientated with the ability to consistently map efforts against identified KPIs.
  • Excellent time management skills and flexibility in dealing with multi-functional tasks.
  • You’d like to work in a purpose-led sector.
